WATCH SPORT FISHING TV'S EPISODE ON WATERFALL RESORT

WATERFALL RESORT ALASKA premieres Sport Fishing TV with the episode entitled "Old Water."

The Proof is in Our History.

Waterfall Resort Alaska was renovated 35 years ago from one of the first salmon canneries in Alaska, Waterfall Cannery.  It was originally founded by commercial fishing pioneers near a natural waterfall amid 52 acres of rugged wilderness on Prince of Wales Island in Southeast Alaska in what is now called the Inside Passage.  This wilderness is part of the second largest rain forest in the world and the largest temperate one, the Tongass National Forest.

As some of the richest in the world, these waters experience historic, annual runs of king salmon, silver salmon, and other varieties along with resident, huge ling cod and Alaskan halibut among many other species.  To this day, Waterfall Resort’s operating days are based on the salmon fishing season—and the fishing is still phenomenal.

This is why the SFTV film crew dubbed the premiere episode of Sport Fishing Television's 2021 season "Old Water."
